Children's Privacy

Certain Bhala Manush products, such as bag tags, lockets, and jacket stickers, are designed to protect children. Because of this, child safety and strict data handling protocols are core priorities of our operations.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to register accounts or initialize smart tags independently. All children's safety tags must be registered, updated, and managed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend that parents only share essential identification, blood group details, and family phone numbers, avoiding any unnecessary personal information.

We do not collect information directly from children. Any safety information is provided voluntarily by verified parent accounts. The associated emergency records are only displayed when a physical tag is scanned by a finder, for the sole purpose of facilitating a safe reunion with parents/guardians.

Parents retain full access and erase rights over their children's data. You can log into your account dashboard at any time to modify profile visibility, toggle location parameters, or request deletion of the child profile data from our databases.
