By accessing or using the Bhala Manush website, web applications, or mobile platforms (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

Bhala Manush provides smart, QR-code based identification and alert tags. These products help facilitate anonymous lost-and-found communication and dispatch location coordinates to an owner's emergency contact list during scans. These services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and are meant for communication assistance only.

All software, proprietary code, logos, product designs, visual interfaces, website scripts, and branding representing Bhala Manush are the exclusive intellectual property of Marwar TechnoSoft. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian IP laws.

You agree to manage your registered profile information under the following guidelines:

• You will maintain accurate and verified contact details to ensure emergency systems function as designed.
• You will not trigger false alerts, harass other users, or coordinate fraudulent activity using our identity network.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical QR tags are readable and properly placed on your registered assets.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marwar TechnoSoft and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, failure of local network signals, failure of scanners to share GPS coordinates, rescue response delays, or any medical outcomes. Bhala Manush is a communication tool, not a protection service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
